2. Account Registration and Use

To use certain services, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information, as the effectiveness of the provided services depends on the accuracy of the information you supply. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including purchases and communications with sellers. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited, and we are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized disclosure of account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, are used for unlawful activities, or if the user provides false or misleading information.

3. Products and Services

Products available on our platform are provided by independent sellers or from our warehouses. We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but slight variations such as color or size differences may occur due to screen settings or photography conditions. All products are new and will be delivered within stock availability unless otherwise specified in the product description. If a product is unavailable after completing an order, your order will be canceled, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. If the customer wants to cancel the order, it must be canceled before 15:00 on the same day; otherwise, the request will be rejected.

4. Purchases and Payments

You must provide accurate payment and shipping information when placing an order to ensure successful transaction processing. Available payment options include:

  • Bank transfer, which may require additional processing time.
  • Cash on delivery, available only for selected orders based on prior evaluation.
  • Online payment via credit/debit cards (Visa/MasterCard), which is the fastest and most secure option.

We use secure payment gateways approved by certified institutions to ensure the protection of your financial information. Any payment delay may result in automatic order cancellation without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via authorized delivery companies according to seller policies and platform terms. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Within Romania: 1 to 10 business days, depending on delivery conditions.
  • Within Europe: 3 to 15 business days, based on distance and available logistics services.

Delivery times may change due to location and external factors such as weather conditions and public holidays. SMS or email notifications will be sent to confirm orders and provide shipping updates. If the parcel is not received within the designated period, we may suspend future deliveries until previous orders are confirmed.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and invoice included. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is caused by the seller or the platform. Products with visible signs of use, such as:

  • Makeup stains or spots.
  • Strong odors or damage due to improper storage.
  • Missing accessories or components.

will not be accepted for return. If the received product is faulty or does not match its description, the full amount will be refunded, or the item will be replaced depending on stock availability. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via bank transfer once the returned item is received at the warehouse or by the seller.

7. User Conduct and Platform Interaction

Users must interact respectfully and responsibly when dealing with sellers, other users, and customer support representatives. Posting or transmitting unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or submitting false reviews intended to manipulate product ratings is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent or repeated misconduct will result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.

8. Disputes and Complaints Resolution

In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be attempted first within 30 days through communication with the customer service center. Complaints can be submitted via email or phone support. If an amicable resolution is not reached, the matter will be referred to commercial courts in Romania for legal settlement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including texts, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to our platform. Reproduction, modification, or publication of any content without prior written permission is prohibited. Any content submitted by users, such as reviews or comments, grants the platform a non-exclusive right to use and display such content while allowing users to edit or delete their content at any time.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with GDPR regulations to ensure complete privacy. All personal data is securely stored and managed, and we will not share your information with any third party without your prior consent. You have the right to:

  • Request corrections to your personal data at any time.
  • Request the deletion of your data from our records.
  • Request a detailed report of all data stored about you.

11. Account Termination and Service Suspension

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending financial obligations or incomplete orders must be settled before account closure. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

12. Governing Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania, and any legal dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
